At Domus, our mission is to connect your home with unique and functional pieces from around the world. To achieve this, we collaborate with an ecosystem of manufacturers and artisans who ship products directly to your door. We ask that you please read our shipping policy to understand how and when you will receive your treasures.
1. Order Processing Time
Once you place your order, there is a processing time before it is shipped. This is the time our partner supplier needs to prepare, package, and dispatch your item.

Standard processing time: 1 to 4 business days.
During high-demand periods (such as sales, Black Friday, or Christmas), this time may be slightly extended. You will receive an email notification as soon as your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Times and Costs
We work with various logistics partners to offer you the best coverage and pricing.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated automatically on the checkout screen, based on the weight, destination, and supplier of your item(s). We offer full transparency so you can see the final cost before confirming your purchase.

Important Notice: Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as local holidays in the country of origin, customs inspections, or delays from the shipping company.
3. Tracking Your Order
The best part is watching your order get closer!

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include your tracking number.

Please note that it may take 2 to 5 business days for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system after you receive the email. This is normal while the package is being processed at its initial logistics center.
4. Multiple Shipments
If your order includes multiple items, it is very likely that you will receive them in separate packages and on different dates.
Why does this happen? To ensure you have access to the widest variety of products, they may come from different artisan partners. Instead of waiting to group them all together, we ship each item as soon as it is ready. Don't worry, this does not result in any additional cost to you, and we will provide a tracking number for each package.
5. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
For orders shipped to destinations like the United Kingdom or outside the European Union (if applicable in the future), customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges may apply.

These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Domus has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. We recommend you contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order if you have any doubts. Domus is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country.
6. Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and correct shipping address when placing an order.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you. The customer will be responsible for the costs of reshipping the package. Please review your details carefully before finalizing your purchase.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
Domus is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier confirms their delivery to the provided address. If your tracking indicates that the package has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:

Checking with neighbors or your building's concierge.

Contacting the local shipping company directly to file a claim. We will provide you with all the necessary information to help you manage it.
